Natureholic – Moss & Plant Fixer

Many mosses and epiphytic plants such as ferns, bucephalandra or anubias do not adhere to stones or roots themselves, at least not directly when planted. The dark green Plant & Moss Fixer from NatureHolic is simply perfect for fixing the epiphytic plants in the aquascape, plant aquarium or moss aquarium.

Thanks to its color, the thread is absolutely inconspicuous in the aquarium, and because it does not decompose under water, it is also very well suited to permanently fix even ground cover such as floating liverwort on stones or roots in the aquarium, which do not form adhesive roots at all.

The fine thread glides very well, is pleasant to wind and holds the mosses and epiphytes permanently and securely on the layout materials in the aquarium.

To plant stones or roots, moss is cut into 1-2 cm long pieces. Place these in a single layer on top of the hardscape and then begin to tightly criss-cross the layer with Plant & Moss Fixer. The short moss pieces will soon sprout and form a dense, well-branched moss cushion very quickly.

To fix a perching plant correctly, place the rhizome of the plant on the stone or root and carefully wrap it with the Plant & Moss Fixer. The leaves are left out. The thread should not be tightened too much, so that the rhizome is not squeezed.
