Chris’ and Olis Shrimp Mix by NatureHolic consists of a three-piece set of gently and environmentally friendly produced shrimp food in the innovative forms: Daily Star, Heart of Stone and Pink Unicorn.
The raw materials that we use for Chris’ and Olis Shrimp Mix come from responsible sources and from controlled cultivation. The many years of experience of our two luminaries plays an important role in the selection of ingredients for Chris’ and Olis’ shrimp food!
At this point we consciously say NO to fishmeal and other inferior animal meals and cheap fillers – high-quality ingredients are active environmental protection! We use insects, molluscs and crustaceans as well as microorganisms as protein sources in Chris’ and Oli’s feed. Insects and crustaceans bring important substances for the shell structure of shrimp, crabs and crabs.
Thanks to the extra gentle processing, the vitamins, minerals, secondary plant substances and all other valuable ingredients in this high-quality food are largely preserved and are available to your shrimp.
For the targeted prevention of deficiency symptoms, we use our proven mix of vitamins and minerals in all three types of feed. Vitamin D3 brings the calcium metabolism into shape and plays an important role in the build-up of armor. Female shrimp need vitamin A for egg formation, it also plays a role in the formation of the hypodermis in shrimp, can ensure a normally functioning immune system and, as an antioxidant, eliminates free radicals. Our specially developed trace element mix with organic mineral compounds is directly available to the organism as a building material without the body having to remodel it for a long time.
Chris’ and Olis Daily StarYou can feed it every day because its composition is ideal for omnivorous shrimp in the aquarium. A protein content of less than 25% is important for problem-free moulting and can contribute to healthy and sustainable growth of your dwarf shrimp. The plant content provides vital substances from valuable algae (spirulina and kelp), from moringa leaves and from herbs – natural sources of carotenoids and nutritionally valuable vegetable protein. With their important ingredients, insects also contribute to healthy growth and problem-free moulting and provide important chitin for the shell structure of your dwarf shrimp. Yeast provides beta-glucan, which can support your shrimp’s immune system. Salmon oil provides omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids and also natural carotenoids.
Chris and Olis Heart of Stone brings an extra dose of minerals for a stable shell in dwarf shrimp. A good mineral supply for shrimp in the aquarium is important for smooth moulting and the development of a robust shrimp shell, as well as for the smooth running of various metabolic processes in the body of the shrimp. With its good mineral supply of organic and inorganic mineral compounds, Chris’ and Olis Mineralfeed can make an important contribution to the health of the shrimp in your aquarium.
Chris and Olis Pink Unicorn was developed for the protein supply in the breeding of shrimp. It contains an extra portion of highly tolerable and easily digestible proteins. Because the ladies not only need sufficient vitamin A for good egg formation, but also an extra load of high-quality proteins and amino acids. All amino acids and proteins in Chris’ and Olis naturally come from insects, crustaceans and microorganisms and are therefore well tolerated.
Chris’ and Olis Pink Unicorn is also particularly recommended for feeding Amano shrimp and large arm shrimp. These also need an occasional protein boost.
Feed Daily Star 1-2 times a day as much as your shrimp can eat in a short period of time. Give Heart of Stone and Pink Unicorn 2-3 times a week as supplementary food. Here, too, you simply give a portion that your shrimp can eat up within a short time.
