NatureHolic – Main Feed Flakes

Behind the name NatureHolic Hauptfeed Flocke is a flake food for all fans of classic fish feeding. Like the main feed granules, the flake version of our NatureHolic main feed is perfectly matched for all aquarium fish and offers a carefully selected blend of valuable raw materials in an optimal nutrient composition, with proteins, minerals and trace elements for a complete diet and a long, healthy fish life.

We have incorporated several innovations into our NatureHolic fish food:

NH Immune+ Complex was developed specifically for the NatureHolic fish food line. It contains highly effective plant extracts and substances with a prebiotic effect that can improve the immune condition of your aquarium fish. Among others, this is for example garlic extract, which is also said to have an effect against parasites.

The NH Color+ high performance additive contains not only astaxanthin alone, but five different color boosters: beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene and astaxanthin. However, these carotenoids not only have an effect on the colors of your fish, but also a positive effect on their defenses and reproductive fitness.

NH Energy+ complex contains selected amino acids and servatives, such as L-carnitine and gamma-aminobutyric acid. They affect the condition of aquarium fish and can significantly improve growth. They have been used in professional aquaculture for a long time and now they can do their good work in the aquarium as well.

Our NH Fulvin+ complex includes the humic substance fulvic acid, also called fulvic acid. Fulvins can bind pollutants and transport vitamins, trace elements and minerals. They have a positive effect on the digestion of ornamental fish and on their immune system, which can improve the life expectancy and health of aquarium fish. Nutrient absorption improves and harmful germs are prevented from growing.

Furthermore, in NatureHolic Hauptfeed Flakes we use the well-known Omega3 fish oil as a supplier of vital unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), and thanks to the high-dose vitamin mix we prevent deficiency symptoms.

NatureHolic main feed flakes float a little longer on the water surface than the granulated beads. The flake food is especially well accepted by surface-oriented aquarium fish. Since we use only high-quality and easily digestible ingredients here, the aquarium water remains clear. Hauptfeed Flakes are highly digestible, the nutrients are very well absorbed by the fish. As a result, fish feces are significantly less nutrient-dense and do not cloud the water – unlike would be the case with cheap, less digestible flake foods.

Feeding advice: Feed Hauptfeed Flakes more as a snack and as a supplement to the standard Hauptfeed Granules. Give once a day an amount that the fish will absorb within a few minutes.
